Please bring your water bottle, as you want to stay hydrated.
There will be yoga mats and bolsters at the studio for you to use. Please feel free to bring your own if this makes you more comfortable. You are welcome to bring cushions and as many blankets as you like to enhance your comfort during the afternoon.
